Hello, I am trying something new and was wondering if anyone could be of help. I bought a barbell and weight set and am planning on switching to training strictly at home. I have a mat, a weight tree, a barbell and kettlebell. I was curious if anyone could shoot over any ideas about how to formulate a new routine over to me. I am planning on doing 3 workouts a week, and was planning on full body workouts, or at least ditching a split system. I am interested in putting on as much size as possible with strenght also. I figure that with just a barbell and solid compund exercises I can achieve this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to formulate a solid system? Thanks

Thanks, I understand the exercises fine, I have lifted weights for a number of years, however what I need advice on is the way I can develop a full body 3 day routine, as that is quite new to me, while focusing not only on mass but strenght as well.

Start reading threads in this forum, you will see repeated ideas for routines and methods. One good night of reading should provide all answers but if it doesn't you will have a more specfic idea of questions to ask.
