Do you think it's expired? I bought a small container (300 grams) of Creatine around 4-5 years ago and never got around to using it.

If it has NOT been opened do you think it's still good or is it most likely expired & I should toss it? :d_eek:

Thanks,

G

If it's five years old, I say toss it. Just my opinion.

I second that. Besides creatine is cheap.

How about creatine that's a month or two old but never been opened? That'd be fine to open and use, right?

It should have an exp date on it. Mine from Kent Nutrition has about a 1.5 year window. If you have only had it for a few months then yeah definitely go for it.

I'm thinking about using creatine because I have never used it b4. I see it's pretty cheap on kentnutrition. I see you take 1 scoop a day but for how many days should I take that stuff?? I'm not a heavy lifter but I usually lift weights everyday with a day off during the week. Thanks
