Hi just finished my Max-ot back and trap workout and it was difficult. When i mean difficult I mean that nearing the end of my workout with had some dumbbell exercises i could barely hold up moderatly heavy dumbbells it felt like my grip was gone. I spent more energy trying not to drop the Db then actually doing the exercise, has this happened to anyone?

You're not the only one experiencing this... I'm going to look into some straps and gloves for myself.

Work your grip strength. I think the best method I have seen (and used) is the supirman method. Load up ALL your plates on a bar on your rack. Lift the bar, hold it as long as you can, be sure to count. Repeat, do as many reps as you like, try to increase the count.
