These young gals (Mother & Daughter: 75 & 46 years young respectively) are pretty impressive...
Sorry if you've seen this before - I did a search first & it didn't show up but man this is pretty fantastic. The site where I found this pic did not list their names unfortunately...

Really? That's hard to believe. That's an amazing 75 yr old. Amazing at 46, too.

:tucool: You might want to check out "Fit women over age 42 to age 89 on parade" thread right on this page in this forum and you will see not only the above picture but quite a few other fit mature women, with before and after pictures as well.....

That is simply amazing. Hard to believe that woman is 75 years old! She looks 25-30 years younger than that! No rocking chairs for her.....
