Not sure when i should be inhaling or exhaling during my lifts. At the moment i keep thinking L X (Lift eXhale), but it doesnt seem right for some lifts like lat pulldowns or pullups when during the hard portion of the lift (lifting myself up or pulling the bar down) its better to breathe in so the lats come into play. But it seems better during squats and deadlifts to exhale during the harder parts (squat-bring bar back up, deadlift-lifting it up) than inhaling even though it does feel unnatural.

Do whatever feels right to you, as long as your breathing thats the most important :lol:
Just dont hold your breath as it creates a spike in blood pressure, more so on heavy leg presses and decline exersises though.
