Mens health had seasonal Challenges tha lasted 52 days each.

You put in certain goals like this:

I want to:

Pump iron 15 times
Cardio 20 times
Eat clean 80/104 times (in the 52 DC thye made da day consist of 2 half days, if you mess up in the morning, then you still have time to not mail it in by the night so you get 1 out of 2 points that day)

Each day you post your score, like

Today I did weights AND cardio and I cheated in the morning by accident, dam krispy kremes:

WT: 9/15
Cardio 21/20 (Yay passed my goal!!)
CE: 75/104

by the end depending on the goals you made and if you beat them, you get awards (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) that you can print out and frame on your wall.

Anyone want to add some insight on the 52DC? This would be cool just switch it around a little and called it the John Stone Challenge or something.

I'm down on doing one Larry. I have done a couple on Men's Health and they are pretty fun and a great way to get a healthy lifestyle started. You let me know if you want to set one up and I'll help out if you need it. Later!

Yeah, anyone can do it. Need more feedback on something like this, what goes on is the whole foum signs up months before it even starts :-) In the near future it would be a great motivator to know tha when you workout/eat clean etc... you have lots of others doing it to, so you aren't alone. Most reasons I might not do a workout is I think I'm alone in fitness and nutrition sometimes.

I think my challenge partner dropped me so I need new motivation. Posting daily would be nicer because you get the satisfaction more than just on the weekends. LETS DO IT!!! :jumping:

It's been a long time since i've checked out the MH forums and heard the 52DC, never completed it but it was fun nonetheless even though I think I only lasted 2 or 3 weeks.

If you guys start one up, i'll definitely join in :tu:
