Write down your routine, bring it with you. As you go, during rests, write down the reps & weights you did so you have a record you can look back on and see improvements. rtestes March 19th, 2005, 10:11 AM Keep a journal, write down what you want to do and what you did. Printout a sheet showing exercises, carry it with you. Each week, measure and weight yourself. If you have camera take picture. Write down what you eat, etc. This way you note changes good or bad. And you have some idea about cause. I think it is important when you are in a cutting or bulking phase. During maintenance, you can back off some. You want to make these things a habit like exercise, a positive addiction. So you are addicted to a lifetime of health. |
