Is it beneficial to train:

Back with chest

biceps, triceps and shoulders

legs

and then cardio with abs.......

does this sound like a good plan? I mostly see people training chest wtih shoulders but I like my setup...but not if there is a more beneficial way!

I dunno, some people don't think its a good idea though...

But I think it is better to train
Chest with tricepts. Most chest exercises are push exercises, so you do you tri's a bit anyway, then you can finish them off with specific tricept exercises.
Same goes for
Back + bicpets as both are "pulling" exercises
