THanks! off to read........ don_1987 March 16th, 2005, 11:01 PM Try SwoleGenix , its workin wonders for me :tu: edit : just noticed you were a female , try swole anyway , hes got a program made special for women called femgenix Where can I find this SwoleGenix? Does it has anything to do with Swolecat? jsbrook March 16th, 2005, 11:30 PM Where can I find this SwoleGenix? Does it has anything to do with Swolecat? It does. It's a program designed by Swole. Search for old posts by him. They'll be a link to his homepage, and it describes swolegenix and his other programs in more detail. However (and I could be wrong but this was my understanding) to really get detailed information on the program, you have to hire him. He'll work with you as an online trainer and give you a comprehensive diet and training program. Some of his clients like Supirman and Strapped used to post on this board but don't seem to anymore. don_1987 March 16th, 2005, 11:51 PM It does. It's a program designed by Swole. Ah... ok, so I guess there's a fee too, right :d_biggrin 1FastGTX March 17th, 2005, 10:13 PM Ah... ok, so I guess there's a fee too, right :d_biggrin http://www.***************.com/ :D If you look at some of his clients you'll see it's worth the money. I was surprised to see how many JSF members are actually clients of his. He knows his stuff. Human Clay March 17th, 2005, 10:46 PM *points outside of thread* *points at "fat loss" forum* *points at "search this forum" option* *points at "My guide to nutrition for weight loss" thread at the top of the forum* It's just a smidgen lazy to ask people to regurgitate information for you on a site that is greatly about the topic in question. jsbrook March 17th, 2005, 11:07 PM Ah... ok, so I guess there's a fee too, right :d_biggrin Yup. 1FastGTx posted the link for you. I agree that it's a great program. I've been having good results on my own. But I'm considering it for my next (and potentially) last cut after my upcoming bulk. Ta2d March 18th, 2005, 11:14 AM I second the suggestion for Swolegenics. It's by far the most effective program for loosing bodyfat while maintaining and sometimes gaining lean body mass that I've ever used. I'm on my sixth week and seriously amazed with the progress that I have made. After seven years of fumbling around and trying to find the correct method to achieve my desired physic I have to say that I'm in the best shape that I've been in in my entire life thanks to using Swolecat's program. It will cost you a little $, but it's well worth it for the service if your serious about getting maximum results in the least amount of time. ginacop March 19th, 2005, 09:04 AM *points outside of thread* *points at "fat loss" forum* *points at "search this forum" option* *points at "My guide to nutrition for weight loss" thread at the top of the forum* It's just a smidgen lazy to ask people to regurgitate information for you on a site that is greatly about the topic in question. *didn't realize CUTTING was basically the same as fat loss* *my apologies for misunderstanding * Timbermiko March 19th, 2005, 11:51 AM bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com) Bodychangers (http://www.bodychangers.com) You'll see tons of transforms and all around good advice if you listen to the audio (Bodychangers).
