Well, I am on my 3rd month of cutting, and i decided that i would give you guys a perfect example of a genetic freak. My bestfriend/roommate, has always been huge since I have known him, and he has been able to double his size in under a month due to his determination (girl-problems) to continue to workout over and over again. He has never suffered an injury yet from all the training, and now he decded that hes gotten a little "fat". Now let me tell you his "fat" means he can only see 4 abs instead of 6 and the other 2 are under what we JSF'ers consider skin not fat. So he decides to cut his taco-bell diet (which mind you he has been eating since 4 years ago and has never gained any weight) and decided to only eat 2 protien shakes and take a multi vitamin every day for the past 2 weeks. Whats happens you ask? Well hes shredded again, and he maintained his muscle mass, and surprisingly has gotten larger!!!

I just wanted to vent on how i hate all the work im doing just to shed a 1lb of fat every week and having to cut my foods, and this "freak" can lose it all without even running 1 mile. Thanks for listening.

I don't know you, guys, but, for me, the harder I work, the better my genetics gets. Given enough time, I would become that guy.

I think the solution is quite clear. The only way to consolidate your differences is to have a Dance-Off!!! :p

...

Take solace in the fact that "genetics" may determine where you come from, but they don't determine where you are going! Just keep on givin'er champ!

That'd be my buddy. When he was 14 he started bodybuilding. Never got huge but always very lean and very built. For the last 25 years he eats/drinks whatever/whenever and his bodyfat hovers around 9-10% and very littel muscle loss. When he has a mind to, a few weeks random weights and a little cleaner diet and he loses fat and gains everywhere.

I'll bet his genes won't save him in ten years or so.

I have friends like this, but when guys like us (who don't have those freaky genetics) get really ripped it feels 10 times better, because we know what it took to get there.

Dude, we have the same best friend / roommate! My roomie used to be a roid monkey and it got him all swolt up and huge. He did have a clean diet for a long time but it has recently gone to shit. Now that the roids have worn off and he has kept his crappy diet he has gained MAYBE 25lbs in the last year or year and a half. He eats ice cream and Doritos for lunch with a pizza for dinner, and a milkshake as a prebedtime treat. Unfair, yes, but I can't wait to be slimmer and stronger than he is. That will be a day that will live in infamy.

Ah well, he has a naturally insanely high metabolism. It'll catch up to him eventually. It always gets them in the end.

So true about appreciating it more when you know how much you've worked for it. I know I'll be a hell of a lot more careful and appreciative of my body as a former fat girl, once I reach my goal, than all of those skinny girls I knew in highschool who don't know jacks**t about health and fitness (and who'll likely end up as fat, alcoholic suburban housewives).

pound for pound, this kid is meant to be the strongest in the world. Weights he can lift relative to his weight
