Hello everyone even tho it says new user ive been a user here for about a year when i first started workign out last year and over the summer, i was 15 about 225 or 230 pounds back when i first started last april, and im 16 dropped down to about 195-200, before i got my job, when i got my job i stopped because i never had time, im back to about 210 now and im about 6'1" or 6'2", and most of my fat is in my stomac area, i did work out about every day before i started my job and luck i have a job where im actuly always moving, i work at a grocery store so im always standing and lifting things, I work after school so from about 4:00pm to 9:00 or 10:00 but at least i get a little workout from pushing in buggies, or shopping carts for you yankee's, but i work at the highest profiting store in the city, and i usualy have carts between 5:00 and 6:00 peak hours and more carts are going out than you can push in, so i get a little workout from that. Ive already been loseing some weight sence christmas after i really got hooked on to DDR( Dance Dance Revolution) i got really serious into the game and im on standard songs and those give me quite a workout, i have a home version that has a workout mode, and after playing a song it tells you how many, cals,. youve burned based on your weight entered,and its about 25 cal. per song and at the mall i useualy play about 3 games, or about 15 songs, so thats about 375 cal. not including the final song which i normaly choose and its really hard and fast. Thats about it, a good thing about the job is that i can buy supplements, that is if i dont spend it all on my g/f ;) i dont have any pics yet, but i hopefully will soon. lol through all this i almost forgot to tell you my workout :o but im gonna be taking an ECA stack to help me a little sence i wont have much workout time, but i'll be doing the most activity i can in my free time and as for weights i cant till my dad gets the weight set outa the attic. thats about it. if you have any suggestions please leave them
