I'm 21
5'11"
180lbs
11% Body Fat
I've been keeping track of what I eat since Tuesday.
I want to add some weight and lowering body fat.
I follow MAX-OT and do 3 sessions of HIIT per week.
So, this is what I ate :
Tuesday :
2175 Cal | 40.85 Fat(16.90%) | 270g Carbs(49.76%) | 193g Protein(35.5%)
Wednesday :
2922.7 Cal | 76.82g Fat(23.66%) | 349g Carbs(47.76%) | 251.7g Protein(34.45%)
Thursday :
2819.2 Cal | 85.92g Fat(27.43%) | 338g Carbs(47.96%) | 233.9g Protein(33.19%)
Friday :
2849.2 Cal | 61.62g Fat(19.46%) | 326.1 Carbs(47.78%) | 304.1g Protein(42.69%)
I think I'm gonna try and stick with a 2600-2900 calories a day.
I also drink 1 gallon of water a day.
So you this is good?
