Just thought I'd post a quick not, so anyone who has already spoken to me via the forum may like to keep track of me! :p

First off I'v made vast improvements to my eating habits, im now having 6meals a day, including good amounts of protein, and watching which carbs I have.

Yesterday was a big step for me..I purchased Tom Venuto's e-book BFFM, and what a buy that was :D I'v read quite alot already, and Im making some fine tuning to my meals and workout plans :tu:

This morning though was n Acheivement and a half for myself!!! I set my alarm really realy, and made myself get up and go to the gym, before breakfast and work :claphigh:

I did a fairly quick HIIT 20min session on the treadmill, but man do I feel good now. Felt a lot less stressed driving to work!

I plan to keep up the routine of an early morning cardio session, at least 3session per week, on top of my new 3day split routine mon/wed/fri with tue/thurs/weekend as rest days.

I shall post my new routines and a rough eating plan as soon as im finish, All comments welcome.

Rich

Hiay He-man.

I also just started morning cardio this week! Monday, Wednesday and Friday(today) IŽve gotten up 45 earlier than normal and taken a 25-35 minute run outside.(my gym is right down the street but does not open til 8  )

At first it was a bit hard to get outta bed but after my run and a shower I feel absolutely on top ready for a new day....
I dunno if yaŽll feel it on this one but morning cardio is a great way to start of the day...Also canŽt wait to monday morning where I weight my self again.

Sounds great, congratulations! Don't forget, if you're doing HIIT or any intense cardio or lifting, don't do it in a fasted state. You need to eat something between your nighttime rest and whatever activity you do (moderate cardio is the exception). Even a powerbar with lots of water 30 minutes before going to the gym would be good. Good luck!
