I had a lot of "baby fat" when I was going through puberty, and I joined track. Ran every day, lost all the weight, ate like crazy, and looked good. I hated taking my shirt off before that too.

Can you join a sport at your school?

It's actually quite simple. Lift hard, and good diet...that's it.

Now eexcuting those to the best degree possible....that's where the difficulties arise

Depending on your current lifestyle concerning dieting and activity level a program with lifting weights and doin regular cardio is the way to go together with a diet eating 5-6 times a day.

It is often seen during puberty "man-boobs" but in the end it all comes down to extra bodyfat and it CAN be lost....no doubt.

No need to worry. Most likely fat. Now if you're an adult and you're dealing with breast tissue then surgery would be the only option, but at your age it most likely is just fat. The chest and gut are the two problem areas for men like what hips and butt are for women.

Yea, as everyone else said, I don't think it's something to worry about bro. Probably LOOKS like boobies, but I'll bet you just have some fat there. Maybe there's a sport you like that you could join? If not, do you have a gym at home, or access to one? Maybe the YMCA? I'd say hit the weights bro and that stuff will go away no problem. You could do some cardio but at your age I would personally think you could get away without doing too much of that. :)

Come back and let us know how you're doing!
