Well, I have officially made it through week two. Eating clean is becoming more of a habit than a hassle now. I say it was a hassle before because I wasn't too sure about what I could/couldn't eat. I've also managed to work out everyday except my off day (Sunday). I weighed in at 276 this morning.

I have one question. When losing weight, will different parts of my body become more slim quicker than others or does fat loss generally spread evenly throughout the body?

I also wanted to note that I am noticing my face is getting slimmer, the double chin has gone down some (I actually really didn't have that big of a double chin to start with surprisingly), also my pants are starting to fit a lot better.

Everyone stores their fat in different places. Most men tend to store it in their midsection, so have this worse than others

LIke me, my arms/legs are very lean/cut, but I still have a lot of flab on my chest and stomach. Only way to get lean everywhere is bring your BF% way down, and then keep it down

Good job... keep up the good work. Keep on reading too... there's lots of information on this webpage.

01/18 = Weight = 245

02/01 = Weight = 235

02/15 = Weight = 233

02/22 = Weight = 230

03/01 = weight = 227

03/08 = weight = 224

Generally the losses are proportional to the original sizes. Waist shrinks the most, hips, thighs & ass, lower legs, upper arms & forearms. You’ll definitely notice it in the face. Take lots of pictures – you’ll be glad you did later. You don’t have to show them to anyone if you don’t want to. Just keep them for you if you’re embarrassed.

Thanks for the replies, I'm thinking of buying a disposable camera to take pictures of myself (I wish I had a digi), if the weight drops off to a point where I'm not embarrassed to have them developed, I'll do it.

take pictures anyways. also, 2 weeks is nothing, but i do applaude your discipline so far.

if you look at pictures of yourself (you don't have to post them up), it'll probably help you maintain your clean eating habits. taking before pictures always is great motivation, even if you choose not to share them until your "after" photos are more pleasing to you.

I realize two weeks is nothing, I just like to stay active here on the boards as it helps keep me motivated.
