Where's the fat?

At the bottom you have 25% carbs and 37% protein. Does that mean 38% fat? I don't think I understand your numbers.

38% fat is too high, I think.

Also, it would help us if you put your basic profile -- height, weight, activity level, etc. -- as well as your goals. Cutting? Bulking? etc.
