Just moved this topic from wrokout programs

I have been doing hit for about 3 weeks on the eliptical and stairmaster at school for 27 minute sessions (one minute intervals that include a 3 minute warm up and cooldown.) This week i dont have access to a machine so i am doing it outside and i am finding it harder to do than on one of the above mentioned machines. Should i take my intervals to 30 secs a peice or do soemthing else differnt?

im doing 20/40 high/low. if ur seriously going all out, 20 seconds feels like hell lol
