Tuna & Cottage Cheese Protein Soup
Like many of you, I have a tough time choking down my daily tuna and cottage cheese. I came up with this little concoction and I actually find it to be quite good.
One Can tuna
250g cottage cheese
1/3 cup milk (or however much you need for it to mix thoroughly)
3-4 Tablespoons of Diana's maple BBQ sauce (any other BBQ sauce would probably produce similar results)
Bit of White pepper
Throw all of the above into a blender and blend until compeletely smooth. Microwave for 2-3 mintues, until warm. Eat as you would any other soup.
Try it. I bet you'll be surprised by how tasty it is.
