thought id join the rest in here and add my journal to keep track on my progress.

anyway about me.

my name is martin i have just turnes 18 few months ago, im about 5ft7 and weigh 135lbs. at the min i am pretty toned and im starting to bulk up.

i will add later my pics in nov and some recent of what i have gained and i will also add my program and diet when i get a chance,

MY DIET :)

i would eat about 7-8 meals a day as im bulking up ( im young so metabolic rate is sky high)

i would eat as follows this is only on trainning day which is mon-fri

1. breakfast: 07:00
bowl of cereal or oatmeal and toast
multivitamin with added minerals tablet
2 creatine tablets

THE GYM - 08:00 - 09:30 (this is 30mins warming up and stretching and 1hr trainning

2. Post-workout snack: 09:30
protein shake with water
tin of tuna
2 creatine tablets

3. Lunch: 12:00
3egg whites 1 full egg and fruit

4. Snack:14:00
protein shake with water

5. Snack:16:00
3 pieces of fruit
pint of water

6. Dinner:18:00
chicken or meat or baked potatoes or beans. etc depends what i get made lol

7. Snack:20:00
bowl of cereal or oatmeal
pint of water

8. Snack:22:00
protein shake with water

thts how mine follows and ive just started it about 1 month ago maybe less. as im bulking till the summer time

Monday – Arms + Chest
· Biceps
· Pectoralis major

Tuesday – Legs + Forearms
· Quads
· Hams
· Calf’s
· forearms

Wednesday – Arms + Shoulders
· Triceps
· Deltoids

Thursday – Back + Stomach
· Rhomboids
· Traps
· Lats
· Abs

Friday – Arms + Stomach
· biceps
· rectus Abs
· internal/external obliques


i will post up what exercises i do to train them, later

I wish I could be there. I cannot wait to finish my cut and start bulking.

Beautiful abs and outstanding arms. I would be happy with your body for the rest of my life.

wow thanx man, i wanna be huge ya see, so im trying my hardest to bulk up.

i have also attached a doc of what exercises i do at my gym on the days ie mon is chest and it tells you what exercises i do to hit all the parts of my chest.

in it i didnt put my rest period or reps and sets.

i rest about 30secs to 1min per set and i do 4 sets( the first set is a warmup to get my muscles clicked to know what im doing with them lol)

i do my reps in a 12(warmup) 10 8 6 formation and increase the weight each set
