I sometimes feel like I am cheeating, after having one, it tastes so good!! donutqueen Wed, April 13th, 2005, 06:08 AM 130ml 2% milk 100g low fat yoghurt - any flavour 4 egg whites 140g banana 1 scoop vanilla protein powder chuck it all in the blender and whizz it up sometimes i put in cottage cheese instead of egg or a bit of both....mix n match is all the fun |
