Peanut Banana Smoothie

1 Banana
1-2 Scoops Van or Choc Whey Protein
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Packets Splenda
1/2 to 1 tray of Ice Cubes

Mix all ingredients into blender and enjoy

Also try adding some cooked whole oats to the smoothie, also very tasty

My favorite is from Planet Smoothie:

Frozen Goat w/ a scoop of peanut butter:

- half a banana
- yogurt
- coffee
- peanut butter
- milk
- small bit of sugar
- 40g protein - lean body
- ice

Good stuff there.. I haven't quite gotten the mixture right when trying to make it myself, but man it's good when it is right.
