I've been hit and miss during February. After a GREAT January, I really fell off last month. A big part of that had to do wth the fact that I lost my job and let that get in the way of keeping the pace. In the end, I only gained 3lbs. I'm continuing where I left off. It's important for me to keep my mind strong. It seems like whenever there is the slightess curveball in my schedule I loose the enthusiasm to workout. In other words I let that stop me. I'm working on strengthening my resolve. Right now I weigh 228 and my goal is weigh 200lbs or loose the fat namely around my waist and under my armpits (connected to chest). With that said I'm focusing mostly on cardio and intermittent weight training. I'll post my schedule online later in the week. I'm kind of sleepy now but I wanted to get this started today.
Despite not wanting to go to the gym today I got in and was able to do some cardio and get in a light workout. On days that I just don't want to go I think if I can push myself to go and at least do 25 minute sof cardio, I'll be good. Today I got in 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. I also mixed in a light workout of my back but I won't count that. Later this week I'll post some pics but for now I'm just getting this started. Encouragement, critiques, and advice are welcome.
