What do you guys think about storing a whey protein shake (with skim milk) in a water bottle? Would storing the shake in this medium cause degradation if it were kept inside a bag?

I pre-mix shakes the night before for the next day and put them in an el-cheapo tupperware bottle you can get at any grocery store. They keep just fine. I wouldn't pre-mix more than 12-hours before you plan to use 'em.

Thanks for your reply. Would the protein in the formula degrade if it is not stored in a refrigerator, and will be consumed 4 hours after mixing?

i think leaving milk out for a long time wouldn't be the best idea. itll be okay if you had like an icepack in it too cool it
