started creatine a couple weeks ago. I did the normal 20 grams a day for 5 days and now i'm taking 5 grams a day after my workout. The thing is I'm still losing the same amount of weight as i was before, is this normal? I'm taking in more than enough water so I know that 's not the problem. I'm not to woried about it I just figured I would see the weight loss stall and I haven't. I've heard about "non- responders" When will I know if creatine is doing anything for me?
