It's amazing how hard this can be to do. :)

I don't see a huge difference, but I've lost about 10 pounds in the last month, so I must be getting somewhere. :)

Yes, posting your pictures for all to see is very, very hard thing to do. It takes a lot of guts and commitment to see something like this through, and you are now well on your way. Good job.

I remember when I first put my pictures online. Already extremely self-conscience of how bad I looked, I almost took them down several times. But I didn't, and those pictures kept me very focused because I knew everyone in the world could see what I looked like and I didn't want to look like that anymore.

Stay dedicated, you are doing great so far!

Good job Lordscarlet,

I can definitely see a difference. :tu: You are a typical overweight ectomorph like a friend of mine. Skinny everywhere except for a gut.

Only a couple more moths and youll almost have the six pack showing. :flex:

Keep it up.

You're telling me. :) And of course all through high school it was skinny everywhere and it just kind of crept up on me the last few years. :)

You are starting at a goog time. I was skinny in high school...put weight on for football and then became a UNIX systems Administrator...aka sitting at my desk all day. It started with the gut...then I was skinny everywhere with a big gut...and then I started putting it on in the chest and the legs ...long story short I still carry most of my weight in the gut but I'm not quite as skinny as you everywhere else.

Keep it up and wait until you see my first set of pictures ug...

Yep. I've been a web developer for about 5 years now. Not to mention the damage 2 years of college did to me. :)

The results are there. Your stomach is noticably smaller as well as the love handles. I can see great improvement in your shoulders/traps as well. Keep up the good work.

One question: Measurements?

I saw a difference between the first two photos in your "love handles". It's even more noticable now and there is definitely a difference in the shoulder area.

And that's surprising considering how undisciplined I've been. :) I need to get back on track.

Good job - you are a blank slate ready for molding. What kind of workouts are you doing?? You should be able to gain quickly in weight training.

Um. My plan is:
Tu/Th/Sa/Su (normally with one of those days off) HIIT (I'm at about 13 mins right now)
M: "Push" muscles
W: Legs
F: "Pull" Muscles

I basically do 3 sets of increasing weights for "warmup" on a complex exercise like the dumbbell press that works all/most of the muscles for that area. Then I do 3 sets of heavy at around 5 reps. Then I move to more localized exercises at 3 sets of 5 reps.
