I used to be in good shape, then I got married, we bought a frydaddy and ate my way up to 210 pounds. In 2000, I looked in the mirror and was horrified by what I saw. I started working out and eating better and dropped down to 165. I bought some size 34 jeans and wore them one time. One of my dogs became ill and it was a stressful time...and when I get stressed, I eat a lot. I ate my way back up to 182. I hovered around 182 for a few years. We recently built a house which is a very stressful situation. I now sit at 198 and 26% body fat...which sucks big time. I play sports in the summer so I need to get down to a more favorable playing weight. Problem is, I am weak. I can't bench more than 70 lbs. I need to stop getting discouraged so easily and quit being so frickin lazy. I am setting this up so I have some way of being accountable.
