I eat a lot of powdered protein (~80 grams a day). I usually just mix it with 16 ounces of water throughout the day or skim milk. Anything else i can do it with it that you guys recommend? Thanks.

Maggie "Caustic Muse" had a thread stickied around here with just about ten zillion recipes - many of them with all sorts of protein powder recipes including big microwave chocolate muffins, shakes, fruit salad, pancakes... all sorts of 40/40/20 stuff. If it's not stickied anymore it's on her blog - I think in October 2004 somewhere - www.maggiewang.com - easily downloadable pdf files with hundreds of authorized recipes.

personally, I stick it in oatmeal to make it more balanced, and have branched out into sf jello and sf pudding with some success...

There's nothing wrong with powdered protein. It's a great tool, and can be effectively used as part of a healthy diet. But I would also recommmend making a strong effort to get more protein from actual food. (chicken, fish, lean deli meats, egg beaters, cottage cheese + other dairy if you eat it).
