Well im doing fine in the gym and seen a lot of increases in weight.

I work soits hard to eat all day. I usually wake up at 8 and eat 3 eats with a piece of chese and ham on whole grain toast.

Then around 12 i eat about 1.5lbs of chicken. Then when i get home at 5 i eat a can of tuna.

Then around 7 when i hit up the gym i eat more tuna.

Then i get home and eat a piece of chicken, then i go to bed around 12.

Im out of protien powder but will have that next week. I usually drink 2 shakes in theresomewhere

Instead of chicken if i need something fast ill open a can of canned chicken breast mix in a little light mayo and eat that. About 60g of protien

:d_eek: That must be a typo... 1.5 pounds of chicken?!?!

Anyway, it looks like your diet (from the rough sketch you gave) is all about protein. How about carbs and fats? Those play a very important role in the whole picture, too. You should be including fats like PB, flax/olive oil and nuts. You should also be getting carbs through fruits and veggies (especially green leafy ones) and things like oats, ww bread and pasta.

It just sounds like you're eating WAY too much protein. I'd be curious to know how much if you add up all the chicke, tuna and shakes.

You probably dont want to know. Yes i do get carbs though. I sometimes usually before i go to bed eat a few spoons of PB, I also eat my chicken at lunch on a whole wheat roll and eat my eggs on whole grain toast
