I sure you remember I posted a thread about my wife wanting to finally loose weight and get in shape...She's been on a program where she does cardio 4-5 times a week and eats clean for about a month now. She has lost 6lbs. and her clothes are fitting looser now. We are going to take progress pics very soon and I'll ask her if she wants to post them on here...just wanted to update you all...
I forgot to menton that she lifts 3 times a week as well.

Good for her, it takes a lot of work and it is great when there is someone there to support her. Congrats to both of you :tu:

Thats awesome! My boyfriend and I workout together too and it is so great to have a steady workout partner. Getting in shape together is one of the best things we have ever done. It is so much easier to stick to the plan when you have someone doing it along with you!
Tell your wife congrats on her success so far and we hope to have her join us on the board. I would love to see her progress pics! :)

Thanks you all. We work out at different times in the day though. I work out in the morning and she works out after work. I'll show her this thread and maybe she will join us on here.
