wow last night i had my first real 'cheat' meal in a long time at a friend's b-day party...pizza...mmmm.
Two questions about cheat meals though. First, should I do any more cardio than I do normally on sunday? Second, does the following count as a cheat meal (my mom makes it every sunday ngiht...i usually count it as a pseudo-cheat meal). Its a traditional South Indian dish:
Dosai: white rice/lentils cooked with minimal oil and with potatoes. I usually have like 40g of whey with it to balance the macros.
I am 16, bulking right now and doing relatively well. 75'' 159 lbs.
