sorry for reposting this, but I mistakenly put it in the fat loss forum, and I think it really belongs here...

Hey, everyone. I'm in a cut and am planning to cut dairy down substantially this week. My current diet is heavily dairy based especially for breakfast. a lot of cottage cheese meals, yogurt with turkey bacon, etc... I'm concerned about getting enough calicum. I know that fibrous vegetables are good sources of calicum. I do eat a lot of salads with turkey or other lean sources of protein and some healthy fat. along with more subtantive carbs on the side. My salads usually contain lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes. Are these good calcium sources? What are some other good non-dairy calcium sources. Also, I feel that cottage cheese has a lot of positives (filling, slow-release protein among others). Do you find it bloat-inducing to the degree of other dairy foods? I was thinking that I would limit my dairy consumption to cottage cheese. What do people think? thanks,

Justin
