I have been on a cutting phase for about 3 weeks now. I have been doing a lot of cardio and weights as well as eating extremely well. I just want to know if anyone has experienced what I am going through. I haven't lost any weight at all. Still at 112 KG (240lbs) I have been busting a gut to get my training right. I have noticed my clothes are looser and my fitness has improving greatly. I was wondering why I haven't lost any weight (target 100KG / 210 LBS) especially with the common comception of losing weight quickly while initially beginning a cutting diet.

Thanks

We're going to need a lot more information than that. If you want us to help analyze, supply your age, lifting/cardio routine and frequency and most importantly, your diet.

In addition to knowing more about your diet and routine, you stated you are noticing physical changes.

If you are losing inches, you ARE losing. The scale isn't the end all be all of success. Take measurements and photos. And if your pants are looser, and you feel better - why does that number on the scale matter so much right now?

As everyone said, provide some more information so people can better help you, but this could be a good things. If your clothes are getting looser, but the scale hasn't changed it's likely that you're putting on muscle and losing fat. This is good! The newer you are to hard exercise, the easier it is to do. It gets harder and harder to do both at the same time. Congratulations on your improved fitness and progress so far.
