So I have been trying to lose some fat and in the past 2 1/2 weeks i have lost an inch on my waist. Anyways, my typical routine is 3 lifting/15 minute bike sessions and 2 or 3 45 minute cardio sessions (usualy eliptical machine). Here is my lifting split...M-Chest, 15 min bike W-Shoulders/Back, 15 minute bike F-Arms, 15 min bike. Tuesday and Thursday and sometimes Sundays I do 45 minute eliptical sessions.

What would you say about maybe lifting twice a week (M-Chest/Tri...W-Back/Shoulders/Bi's). 45 minute cardio on Tues,Thursday,Friday and sometines Sunday. Ill do 15 minute bike after I lift, twice a week. This sound like a decent change? Thanks.

D

P.S.- I usualy play about 45 minutes of Raquetball in place of one of my cardio sessions.

Well you burn calories. I don't know about building muscle. Why don't you work legs in weights? Do you think they don't need it? Good losing an inch, how long you been do all this?

The reason I don't do legs is because I tore my meniscus back in September. I got an MRI in December and need to go to an orthapedic doctor next moth. The reason its taking so long is because I'm in college and I only have time for appts. during breaks. I have been working out for years, but I like to change thigns up alot. I'm always looking for new ways to do things.
