I love lifting weights, i do cardio about 3 times a week. But ive been reading up on the MAX ot workout, and am i need of changing my routine.

I want to get the strength and size, however i think im sitting around 24% body fat, so i got some "other size on me still...

what my question is will i still be able to lose fat, while lifting heavy, low reps...or would it be better to stick to my 8-12 reps thing. Like i said i still do cardio about 3 times a week, and basketball once a week, and do weights about 3-4 times a week...and watching alot of what i eat...

im 5'5
175 lbs
21 years male

what would be more benifical?

Building muscle is always benficial to losing fat.

There's only one way to do Max-OT...heavy.
