How do you create a poll?

Just create a new thread and then scroll down below the text entry box, you'll see a tick-box option to create a poll, and a text entry box where you can indicate how many poll items you'd like to have.

I got that far but never saw a place to put in my options. Is that on the next page after I hit submit?
