today i tried using a new elliptical machine at my gym, and man did it suck. I was on it for like 45 min and i didnt begin to sweat until the 30 min mark. Usually im begining to feel the burn at like 20min and this time it was like...blah. Im so mad, but i still hope i got somewhat of a decent workout.....

Anyways like the title says i made this if some of us have some tension to release to our gut (or any other fat area) that you want to go away...ok I'll begin.

"Gut...You S.O.B. its about time you F***ing go away. I will run until you are no more...i will destroy you!!!!...Heed My Warning Gut I Will Not Stop Till You Are The Dust Underneath My Sneaker!!!!"

i feel much better

I would report it - but it needs to fit the following conditions
Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts.

The closest thing i can think of is "spam" due to the fact that said member joins 16 days ago and has already created >30 threads, most of which just clutter the forums and prevent more informational/important threads from being seen.

But since its not actually spam - I guess we can only subtly hint at the fact by replying to it sarcastically, which i feel i have fully accomplished.

With said member, I've already noticed that unfortunatly the "ignore list" doesn't prevent people from seeing a new thread show up in the list, so i still see alot of clutter.

I think supa was thinking of a way to make himself mad and get the HR up. or somthing like that.

I know I have a hell of a time some days getting my heart rate up to something useful on a cardio machine.

Ooh, um, yeah... I'm going to have to go ahead and sort of.. disagree with you there... [bill lumberg]

The middle of his thread clearly states:
Anyways like the title says i made this if some of us have some tension to release to our gut (or any other fat area) that you want to go away...ok I'll begin.

...thus clogging up the fat loss forum. If he wanted advice on how to get his HR up, he would already know from reading the forums/studying on his own, or creating average of 2 posts per day, that he needs some way to monitor his heart while doing cardio and that if, at full energy potential he cant get (and keep) his HR between 140 and 160, he needs to move to another source of cardio exercise. :gl:

Hey, I got the joke. perhaps some other replies were meant as jokes as well. Don't take it too hard.

Okay, so I thought this thread was a little ridiculous to begin with as well. Then, as I sat at my desk day-dreaming about buying a HRM, I could just feel my fat gut tugging on me. I knew right away I needed to come to this thread and let out my gut-frustration.

I hate my stinking gut! It's moving out, bit by bit, and will not be invited back.

I thought it was a great idea from the start! To me it seems kind of like a visualization thing. Tell it you want it gone and then see it being gone.

GUT I HATE YOU! LOVE HANDLES I HATE YOU TOO! I HATE YOU SO MUCH I'M GOING TO GET RID OF YOU!!

Some people are just a little to uptight

...Some people are just a little to uptight

uptight - definatly not. I'm probably the most laidback person you could ever know, nothing could ever offend me, and i rarely ever get angry.

sure, some things might bug me as to the point of a "i don’t understand the thought behind something a person does, so maybe i'll say something sarcastic to spark some reasoning out of him, while not actually knowing said person will actually have no counter argument and will instead come off as hurt by the sarcasm which causes other people to stick up for him by going along with the initial thread similar to classmates when they shave their heads because one kid gets diagnosed with cancer and undergoes chemotherapy, therefore making me out to look like a bully/badguy when all i wanted all along was a nice friendly debate about creating too many threads in a certain time span" kind of thing, but it's all in good fun baby..all in good fun...

I had no intention starting some type of civil war, but i am happy that people have taken this thread as friendly as they could. As for the classmate thing...i would never shave my head...im' all about the 'doo'.

said member joins 16 days ago and has already created >30 threads, most of which just clutter the forums and prevent more informational/important threads from being seen.

And in no way am i saying this in a rude manner...but the number of posts someone creates, or anwsers to, does not make them suspicious for many of thier threads may be informative to others and simply that the person is asking for advice from other people. One may come to multiple obstacles during thier "16 days as a member" and may need to know all of the facts before actually trying to start a new transformation.
As pertaining to this thread i created it as a way to have fun in this world of all of us. We are all trying to become better people and we cannot be consumed by stress (which can lead to fat gain around the love-handle...i learned that today ;) )...But in closing if this thread should die here i am glad that we all have been able to speak our hearts in the matter...
