Don't flame me for not searching cause I have but I have been overwhelmed by different opinions and views.

Let me introduce myself:
I am a 22 year old male who used to be skinny up until college three years ago. I came in at 11 % BF and now I think i am around 20 %. My biggest problem is that I am a vegetarian (hence the increased protein supplements). I weigh around 165 and am 5'9''-5'10''. Here are my question (feel free to add any comments/opinions/advice- i am sort of overwhelmed right now). Oh and I am trying to eat 5-6 meals a day.

1) I cannot do cardio in the morning, it is always in the evening. How bad is this?
2) I have attached a link for my meal for today at the end, please comment. This is what I plan to do everyday.
3) I am currently on creatine. I will be stopping in 2 weeks. I am in my cutting period. Is this ok?
4) In John's Daily Pictures, is he flexing (sucking his stomach in - especially in the earlier ones)? I am just trying to gauge myself.
5) Is it possible for me to reduce my 20% BF to under 15% in 5 weeks? Its spring break and I feel like crap.

Thanks guys. I greatly appreciate it.

Can't help you in all your questions but seems like you are eating very little, only 1300 calories. you should be eating around 200 calories less than what you should eat to maintain your current 165 weight. right now if i was to cut i would eat around 2500-2600 calories a day so 1300 is too low for ya.
How much cardio are you doing? are you doing weightlifting?
cardio in the evening i guess is ok though AM cardio is a lot more beneficial.

1. Cardio in the evening is better than no cardio
2. It sounds like your eating to few calories - depending on your activity levels
you should be eating a minumum of 1650 and possibly a lot more.
3. Yes this OK
4 - can't help you on this one
5. You would have to lose about 9 pounds which is feasible but ambitious.

1. If you cut carbs out for 5 hours before your cardio in the evening, it is the same as morning cardio.

2. Read the sticky at the top of the Fat Loss forum, the one from Marcus on nutrition. It is excellent, and that will help you with a good understanding of diet.

3. Don't really know much about creatine, I don't use it, but I think it is mostly for bulking, not cutting. You might do a search on creatine, I know there is lots of info on these forums.

4. Just do the same thing everytime you take a picture and compare yourself to your previous self. Don't compare your pictures to other people's pictures. That won't be helpful to you.

5. It's possible, but it will be difficult for someone who is so new as you. You seem to be overwhelmed and I would guess you don't really know your body well, and you don't know much about nutrition. I would suggest that this goal is too ambitious. Let's start smaller. If your ultimate goal is to look good for spring break, then you'll probably just give up on yourself after spring break, right? In which case, is it really worth it? If your goal is to live a healthy life, to look good all the time and be strong inside and out, then you can afford to take the time and learn what you need to learn and do what you need to do. It took you 3 years to go from 11% to 20%, it will take more than 5 weeks to get back to where you were -- and that's ok. One step at a time -- one thing is for sure -- if you stick to it, you'll look and feel a lot better by spring break -- and you'll look and feel even better for the summer. Then you can start bulking, and by next year's spring break, you'll be a champ!
