It's only 11AM and I have already consumed 2200 calories.

First, I decided to eat a whole bag of green seedless grapes, and then after getting to work I opened a batch of Archway oatmeal cookies and couldn't stop eating them. Add to that a couple of cups of coffee with cream and I'm set to eat 5000 calories today :) I wonder what I will weigh tommorow.

Just looking at macronutrient breakdown is scary. So far:

C/F/P == 69/23/8 == 400g/57g/42g

243g of sugars alone

By my calculation I need to eat 40oz of chicken breast just to restore my regular balance of 40/20/40 @ 3600 calories

:eat: I love the term "Cheat-o-rama" Sometimes I use the more generic "lollapalooza" and sometimes I make it specific by saying "Cheatapalozza" or the shorter "eatapalooza" :spaz:

Today? I did great until I left work. On the way home my van WOULD NOT go in a straight line. It turned left into McDonald's and before I knew what was happening, I was knocking back a LARGE chocolate shake.

Let's see the ingredients list for THAT! Please NO! :rolleyes:

That is the worst thing about a cheat, if you eat it before you get home! Don't even start to eat it or take one nibble.

You gotta wait until you get home to enjoy it. Don't sit and surf the web while you have it either, enjoy it. Watch some tube. But don't just mindlessly chow down. I hate it when I do that.

that batch of oatmeal cookies set me waaay off

at the end of the day:

C/F/P == 48/22/30 == 471g/88g/276g for a total of 3684 calories

not so bad i guess

I heard people say this all time, they eat too much and are always scared what they will weight the day after. But I don't think that your weight will actually increase drasticlly in one day (except water weight). So I think, just enjoy what you've eaten... ;)

Well, my weight this morning stayed the same, so that temporary excursion into the sweet sweet taste of those cookies was worth it :)

How did you make up so many grams of protein later in the day?

I thought you already overate for the day? Why did you need to eat another protein bar and chicken breast just to meet your macro balance? I'm just curious because if I were in your spot and I'v already overeat, I'd rather not add more calories (based on "a calorie is still a calorie") but anyway, that's just my opinion... :nod:
