...and I got two chicken McGrill's, which is their grilled chicken sandwich. I minused mayo and just ate the breasts with a fork and knife and obviously didn't eat the buns. Is this still healthy while cutting? Their breasts are GOOD as hell.

I LOVE McDonald's.

My favorite are the new deli sandwiches, but nutrition-wise they're equivalent to a Big Mac, so save those for a treat.

Next time try the Mandarin Chicken salad. Absolutely wonderful.

Those are probably fine, not including sodium and what not. Most fast food joints have something fairly healthy if you look for it ;)

Each chicken breast fillet from McDonald's has this nutritional value:

Total fat(g) 2
Sat. fat (g) .5
Trans. fat(g) 0
Choles. (mg) 60
Sodium (mg) 650
Carbs (g) 2
Fiber (g) 0
Protein (g) 22

Ingredients: Boneless, skinless chicken breast filets with rib meat containing: up to 12% of a solution of water, seasoning [salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, spices, whey, flavor (maltodextrin, natural flavors (vegetable source), dextrose, monosodium glutamate), partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, Romano cheese (Romano cheese {milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride}, nonfat dry milk, disodium phosphate), parmesan cheese powder (enzyme modified parmesan cheese {milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride}, nonfat dry milk, disodium phosphate), methylcellulose, xanthan gum, cheese flavor (dehydrated cheddar cheese {cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes}, maltodextrin, autolyzed yeast extract), extractives of paprika (color), potassium sorbate (preservative), citric acid, and less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking], vegetable oil [partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn oil, citric acid (preservative)], sodium phosphates.

All this comes from the McD website, which has a terrific nutrition calculator which allows you to customize all condiments, and everything -- it's really helpful, I have found. You can find it here http://app.mcdonalds.com/bagamcmeal?process=menuitems

Taco Bell has a good one, too.

Man, so even thier chicken breasts have hydrogenated fats! It could be worse, but I wouldn't exactly call it heathy from the ingredients list!

Yes -- McD's even plays with chicken breasts to make them "tastier." However, if you're forced to go to McD's, I would think this is a good choice. It happens to me every now and then. I usually go for the McChicken patty -- it's breaded and fried -- but much cheaper -- and I like the taste better. It's rare, and it hasn't affected me much.

Whew! I'll stick to just a chicken breast. That way, I don't have to take a course in latin just to figure out what the meat's been soaked it. Seriously, if you prepare, I don't care what you forget, there is no need to go fast food. Get nutrition bars and fruit, keep them in your car, in your bag, stash them at your desk. If you forget food, have something healthy and move on.

For dire emergencies, of course fast food is a better bad choice. One course in latin probably won't harm you ... it's when people accumulate that junk day after day that it probably becomes a concern.

Great resource for most fast food places and food in general for that matter:

I couldn't tell you the last time I had fast food, but it's cool to go through and see all the crap you are avoiding by not going there :d_cool:
