Ok, so here's the deal. Last August, I decided I was going to get into shape. I was 6'2, 203 lbs, with ~21% bodyfat. I was fat, out of shape, and just not happy with my look.

Thanks to a strict diet and weight routine, I have now dropped to 170 lbs with ~14% BF. I'm happy at 170, but the bodyfat really aggravates me. I'd like to get down to around 8-10% for the summer, and I'm currently at week 2 of my cutting plan. So yeah, here's the goals, let me know if you have any comments:

Goal: 8-10% BF at or around 160-165 lbs

Plan:
- Monday: Shoulders / Abs
- Tuesday: 25-30 minutes cardio
- Wednesday: Chest / Triceps
- Thursday: 25-30 minutes cardio
- Friday: Back / Bi's
- Saturday: 25-30 minutes cardio
- Sunday: Legs / Off

Diet:
Calories: between 1800-2200 calories / day*
Split: 40/40/20 Protein / Carbs / Fats
Consisting of: whole wheat grains, veggies, lean meats, nuts, water, low-fat dairy

* I know this may seem like too much calories / day, considering my body weight, but I am very active. I attend school from 7 am - 2 pm, workout 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm, then I have hockey practice from 5 pm - 6 pm, and normally 3x a week I'll have baseball training from 7-8 pm.

So, any thoughts? I've stayed committed so far for the last 2 weeks, and seen my bodyfat go from ~15 to 13.7 currently.

Almost forgot: I have perhaps the oddest body imaginable. I don't really know what I am, because I gain and lose easily like a mesomorph, but my body type is naturally skinny (as evidenced by how skinny I was when I was younger) like an ectomorph.

As of right now, all of my fat seems to be in my abdomen, and that's the last place I want in. I have skinny yet muscular arms, broad shoulders, good back development, and very strong legs, yet my chest and ab development is, to be honest, brutal.

You may actually not be gettig ENOUGH calories. I'm 6'2 175 at the moment and my BMR is about 2900- I'm currently cutting at 1900 daily- so you're in the ballpark for your workouts and daily activity EXCEPT you also have hockey and basketball which I'm guessing are pretty cardio vascular- your BMR may be even higher in which case you may need to actually eat more to lose- sounds counterintuitive but you might try upping a little and see what happens.

it sounds like a pretty good plan...i do cardio 6 times a week and do my abs about 3 to 4 times a week...people say you should only do abs 1 to 2 times per week but i just never feel like ive done enough...but i suggest you should throw in another ab workout in there...2 ab workouts a week shouldnt hurt
