I'm eating these right now with some spinach, green peas, and brocalli.

Ingrediants:

Papriki powder
Black Pepper
Cajun powder
2 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
2 Slices of whole wheat bread.
1 Egg white
Olive oil

Cook 2 chicken breasts in the oven with olive oil, with some spices added, in tinfoil.
Meanwhile, lightly toast 2 slices of bread on each side (don't let them colour however).
Turn the bread into crumbs in the blender.
Crack an egg white in a bowl.
Put the crumbs into a seperate bowl.
Add the powders and whatever other spices you like into the crumbs, mix them around.
Take out the chicken and cut them into chunky pieces.
Roll each piece in the egg white, then into the crumbs, place on an oven and cook for another 15 minutes untill it's crispy.

Wow, I'm eating these now, amazing. Dip them into whatever sauce you like (you choose), and put some veg on the side, perfectly healthy meal, one of the best I've ever made.
