Okay, I'm starting a journal. I'm actually not going to post detailed meal and workout plans. The objective for me doing a journal is to just stay motivated and on track. I'll write down what is and is not working.
Day 1
I woke up and did cardio this morning at 4am... this really sucks, but I have to do it early because I start work at 6am and I'm in school after that. My cardio went well...I did about 45 minutes of jogging in place in my room with my headphones on. I have an exercise bike but that shyt is too boring. I can barely go 5 minutes without finally just saying "F-It". I'll have to find some other creative ways to do cardio because what I am currently doing is pretty hard on my joints. Maybe I'll do the bike once a week or something. I'm doing a weight-loss challenge with my sister. I'm sure that'll keep me motivated. The loser has to treat the winner to a cheat meal at a really nice restaurant after 8 weeks. I'm going to win...i know i will unless she performs a miracle.
