Okay, I'm starting a journal. I'm actually not going to post detailed meal and workout plans. The objective for me doing a journal is to just stay motivated and on track. I'll write down what is and is not working.

Day 1
I woke up and did cardio this morning at 4am... this really sucks, but I have to do it early because I start work at 6am and I'm in school after that. My cardio went well...I did about 45 minutes of jogging in place in my room with my headphones on. I have an exercise bike but that shyt is too boring. I can barely go 5 minutes without finally just saying "F-It". I'll have to find some other creative ways to do cardio because what I am currently doing is pretty hard on my joints. Maybe I'll do the bike once a week or something. I'm doing a weight-loss challenge with my sister. I'm sure that'll keep me motivated. The loser has to treat the winner to a cheat meal at a really nice restaurant after 8 weeks. I'm going to win...i know i will unless she performs a miracle.

TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT...THAT IS THE QUESTION AT HAND...

....So my supervisor decides to give me a big a$$ bag of jelly beans on the day that I decide to start my diet. This sucks! I'll have to give them away....quick!...because they are so tempting....I love jelly beans. I wish i had that "shut-up and do it" mentality like Anthony Monetti Jr. One day I'd like to get to a point where cookies and candy don't even tempt me. I'd like to get to a point where all i see in junk food is the fat and sugar...but I'm definitely not there yet...so I guess I just have to suffer.

Day 2
Yesterday went okay. I ate a tad more than I should have...but it was all healthy (except that Ice Cream Sandwhich :o ) I'll definitely have to stop eating those. Not just because they're unhealthy, but because I'm lactose intolerant. I use to be able to tolerate dairy but after being an ovo-vegetarian so long and then coming off the whole ovo-vegetarian diet my body just can't seem to tolerate it. Dairy gives me gas...and that definitely aint cool.

But anyways, I'll do better today by sticking to the plan. No extra snacks.

Okay, I didn't do all that great the last couple of days but I finally feel like I'm back on track. The only issue that I'm really having is finding a healthy meal to eat while I'm on campus...I'll have to figure something out by Monday. It can be really challenging to get enough protein on a vegetarian diet, but with some research I'm sure that I can come up with a good meal plan.
