I think I'm finally in tune with my body and I'm seeing some good results. Over the last 4 weeks I've dropped 9 pounds and 2" off my waist.
I'm currently doing AM fasted cardio 6 days a week and lifting in the afternoon 3 days a week. Sundays off with 1 cheat meal.
Please take a quick look at my diet and let me know if I need to change anything up. Thanks in advance :tu:
5:30AM: 45 Minutes Cardio
6:15AM: 4 Egg whites and 1 Egg, 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean w/ 1/2 cup skim.
9:00AM: 1 Green Apple and 1oz unsalted peanuts.
12:00PM: 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta w/tuna and olive oil
12:45PM: Lift Weights
2:00PM: Myoplex Shake
3:00PM: Chkn Breast and 1 cup mixed Veggies
6:00PM: Lean Protein Source and Veggies
9:00PM 24 Grams whey, water and flax

It comes out to right around to 40/40/20 or 50/30/20 depending on the day. 2000cals. +/- 100 cals.
I'm 5'10" and 195
Thanks again

Looks pretty good to me, but who cares what I think, you're getting the results you want with it. :tu: Feels good to find that elusive groove, doesn't it. It's a BIG motivational boost when you feel you've got a lock on it.

It does feel good. I've tried a few variations, but this time I'm not only seeing the results, but it seems a little easier than it was my last go-rounds. Thank you! The reason behind me posting this was not really to see if what I was eating was correct, more of when. I've read soooo much on this site and just want to make sure I'm firing on all cylinders possible to maximize all efforts I put in. I just bought a camera, so I'll post some pics this time next month.
