Well I have been on my cutting diet for about 2, almost three weeks now. I have lost about 6-8 pounds which seems like too much but I think a lot of it was water weight. I'm really happy with my overall progress and I'm starting to see more veins and my top 2 abs.

Overall, since last year when I decided it was time for a new me I've lost over 30 pounds and 6 pant sizes. My goal is to have a nice defined chest/stomach by summer and I'm determined to reach it.

Maybe I can dig up some pictures to show you guys....

Congratulation on your progress so far, but the only advice I can give you is, don't try to rush things up. If your losing the weight too fast, worry with adding more calories. And in the other hand, if your progress starts to slow down, don't drop your caloric intake too low. Believe me, cutting can give you a wonderful reward when your done, but if you lose too much muscle in the process, then the reward will not be that sweet... Good luck man... :gl:
