I need to drop 30-35 lbs in 14 weeks. Is it possible? If so, how do I do it? In June I tipped the scales at 221 lbs. As of today, I am 193 lbs. I cant seem to get past this weight! In the past 8 months, my diet has been awful. I was drinking 2-3 times per week and I would sometimes eat fast food. Currently I run 6-7 times per week and I do max-ot for 4 days. I am pretty sure my diet is holding me up right now. I dont know what to eat and when to eat. I am a 23 year old male and I am 5'7. Ideally I would like to weigh between 160-165 lbs and around 9-10% body fat. PLEASE HELP!

Sure its possible. To lose 30lbs in 14 weeks you need to lose about 2.1lbs per week. This is definitely achievable.
Read through the links I'll post below, then write yourself up a detailed diet plan and post it here where everyone can help you perfect it. Frankly its too much work for someone to write it up for you and its better for you to do it yourself because you know your schedule, your stats, what type of foods you prefer and what you can cook etc.
Read though this thread:

And check out some of the nutrition links here:

That should be all you need to design a preliminary diet plan that can then be improved on by some of the members.

All I can suggest is that you research the links Marcus suggested above. Excellent stuff. Yes, you can do it. Do it smart.
