Height: 5'10"

I peaked at 210 lbs 1.5 years ago.

Currently I weigh 160-162 lbs.

I believe I'm somewhere around 13-16%.

My goals are to ultimately get down to 8% and also to get somewhere around 180 lbs in the end.

I would guess 15%.

No ribs or abs showing.

Looks like you need some weight training. I looked like that when I lost weight before weight training. Train with with some weights to build some muscle and chew up the extra fat.

Feel good about your current accomplishment!

I completely agree with the weight training.

When I take that picture am I supposed to be relaxed? I usually always have ribs showing because I naturally suck what little gut I do have left in.

When you take pictures, dont suck in. Just flex. Remember, you're not at your 'after' yet,. so the worse you look now, the better you'll look by comparison later. ;)

~15% is my guess too. The "spare tire" effect is a giveaway that youre a good site over 12%.

Dont get discouraged at the progress, though. Progress is progress. Just keep it up and you'll get to wherever you're wanting to go.

On a personal note, you may be supprised at how you'll still feel kinda fat at 12%. At least I do. :/

No, no, this is an after picture with no before picture. (read sig)

I consider myself a work in progress.

Should I keep cutting if I weigh 160-165 lbs...? I am 5'10".

Lets look at the facts, your 165lbs at 15%. That means you have around140lbs of lbm, and 25lbs of fat. You can do one of two things, keepcutting and try to maintain your lbm, or slow bulk and increase yourlbm which in turn could lower your BF %.

For example:
Current
(Fat / LBM) ---Gain 25lbs of lbm--- (Fat / LBM)
----------- --------------------> -----------
(25/140) 15% -----------------> (25/165) 13%

It all depends on your goals.

How would this routine be then keeping in mind I want to have minimal/no muscle loss and fat loss?

Cardio
Fasted Cardio first thing in the morning for 45 minutes at 60-85% MHR

I use the following formula.

220-Age=MHR
MHR - RHR = HR
HR*0.60+RHR=MHR (@ 60%)
HR*0.85+RHR=MHR (@ 85%)

Protein/fat source immediately afterwards.

Workout

All meals consist of protein/fat until 1 hour before workout, in which I eat a banana and 4 cups of broccoli.

Two methods I am looking at.

#1 One body part a day, doing 5 different exercises a day for that part body. 3x6 for each exercise

#2 One body part a day, doing 5 different exercises a day for that body part. 1 "all-out" rep at 10-12 reps. (following HIT concept)

#3 Workout 2 times a week, doing all body parts that week. 1 "all-out" rep at 10-12 reps. # of exercises I have yet to decide on. (completely following HIT concept of less is better)

*PWO shake consisting of 40g protein/80g carb regardless of actual workout.
