Its a cardio day to day and at the gym i noticed a quite big change today from only 3 weeks ago.
on the static bike 3 weeks ago on self pace i was doing 75 rpm for 20 minutes and my heart rate was at 75%.
today i was doing 75 rpm and my heart rate wouldn't go abpve 65% so i had to up the restance level from 3 weeks ago and go up to 80 rpm to get to heart rate up to 75%.
same with the stepper, had to increase the level by 3 points to get up above 80% for 15 minutes.
i assume that this is a good thing, its prob been happen graduly over the 3 weeks up only noticed it today.
