I made a great omelette this morning, so I thought I'd share.

1/2 cup Eggbeaters (equivalent to 2 eggs)
1/4 cup Kraft shredded 2% colby jack cheese
3 Boca soy (sausage) links

Heat up your pan, and spray with a Pam-like spray. Mine was generic brand with no calories, fat, carbs, or protein. Pour your Eggbeaters into the pan.

Cook your links for 1.5 minutes in the microwave. Chop it up into little chunks.

After about 3 minutes, side one of your Egg should be done, so flip it over carefully (so you don't tear it). In another 2 minutes, side two of your egg should be done. Put your cut-up sausage on the egg, add the cheese, and fold the egg.

Total nutrition: 245 calories, 9.5g fat, 36g protein, 10.5g carbs

By the way, I'm new at dieting, so if you see something wrong with this, please let me know. I'd hate to keep eating this if it sucks for me.

A little trick I use: Turn your oven broilier on, when side 1 gets done, throw the pan in the broiler for about 1-2 minutes (depending on how big your omlet is). This will cook your omlet and it makes sure you don't tear your omlet all apart when trying to flip. If your pan isn't suppose to go into the oven (like mine) just keep the oven cracked with the handle side pointing towards the door, don't worry, it won't ruin your pan.

Awesome... great tip! I'll definitely try that.

Thanks!
