:rolleyes: Hi, already I'm feeling like a bother, oh dear! I'm a little older lady, age 65 , not terribly familiar with computers, who would like to post several "after" pictures on the site for "women over 42 and under 89". Alas my first attempt failed, the message went through but there is no sign of the pictures having been downloaded. I was wondering if someone could direct me to a location on the web site that would give, perhaps more explicit directions for this. Something that might be more easily understood by those of us out here who are virtual "computer illiterates". Any direction/information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Carole! If you haven't figured it out already:

Scroll down and click 'Manage Attachments'
Click the Browse button and find where you saved your image(s)
Click Upload

They will show up underneath your message when you post! Hope that helps. Welcome too by the way! I'm always happy to see when people join the internet age, I'll admit it's real confusing for a while at first :d_wink: but it is a great place, without it I would definitely not be motivated to be fit.

I'm guessing since she asked the question in February, that if she hasn't figured it out by now, she's probably given up.

She could be extra determined though. That'd be frustrating eh? :D

Well, I gues syou would all like to know that I loaded them up for back then and she is definitely hot, maybe not for yong men like you...but she aint no "Gramma" ;)
