hey im new here im about 5 foot 6 inchez, i weigh 121 lbs.
and im wondering how many caloriez i should eat a day along with how many grams of carbz, fat and protein to maintain the weight

i weight train 5 dayz a week with the off dayz doing cardio/abs and just lookin to settle down and not having to worry about gaining weight/fat or losing weight/muscle...thanx
