I used to work out but recently quit. It just feels like I don't have the time anymore. Working out and getting into shape is always on my mind but I don't have the motivation anymore. My most trouble area is my mid section and I can't seem to get rid of it. Does anyone have any good exercises or diet regimen that will work. If anyone has any good ideas that work will you let me know?
