I used to work out but recently quit. It just feels like I don't have the time anymore. Working out and getting into shape is always on my mind but I don't have the motivation anymore. My most trouble area is my mid section and I can't seem to get rid of it. Does anyone have any good exercises or diet regimen that will work. If anyone has any good ideas that work will you let me know?

Always nice to see another Canadian girl on the forums :) I find that this site: http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html is an excellent resource for weights / diet for women. Krista does an excellent job of writing about diets/food/weights/exercise/other womany stuff.
